.SH DESCRIPTION
\fBDullRazor\fP removes the dark thick hairs (thin lines) from a TIFF image.
Up to three files can be produced.They are the filtered image,
the determined hairmask, and the extended hairmask used for the smoothing
process.The output of hairmasks are optional.All output files are in
TIFF format.
